SmartSVN 6.6 beta

The first beta version of SmartSVN 6.6 is available

We are proud to announce the first beta version of SmartSVN 6.6. SmartSVN 6.6 is compatible with SVN 1.6 and contains more than 50 new features and improvements. The most important changes are:

  • Changes view, integrated in main window (former Change Report)
  • OS X 10.6: simple Finder integration using services
  • Switchable perspectives (layouts) of the main window
  • PluginAPI is now available for SmartSVN Professional
  • Dialogs with instructions, showing input failures immediately

Is SmartSVN 6.6 going to be a paid upgrade for users of 6.5?

Hi Anton, we don't sell SmartSVN versions, but 1 year of free updates. Please take a look at SmartSVN's About dialog. There you'll find the date when your purchased free-update period ends. You will be able to use all new SmartSVN versions which are released before the end of this date, including all later-released bug-fix-releases. We plan to release SmartSVN 6.6 in the next few weeks.
